Radac BV

Radac manufactures level measurement instruments based on highly accurate and fast vertical radar signals. These characteristics make it possible to obtain an excellent description of the sea surface from a wide range of heights. Its products offer the major advantage of being non-contact, above-water instruments, eliminating the costs of underwater maintenance and issues related to biofouling, while also minimising the need for system spare parts. Radac’s basic solution allows tidal measurements, while more advanced systems can provide directional information or even wave data from the bow of a moving vessel. Its radars incorporate an onboard server to store and process information and to deliver recorded data in real time via the network.
